Each Health Coaching Program is tailored just for you with what goals you want to accomplish for your lifestyle. We offer monthly programs as well as individual sessions depending on what works best for you and your goals.

Before your initial session, a new client form is completed by you, in which we review your current health and wellness goals. In your initial consultation, we assess your current lifestyle concerns, and goals to create a tailored plan just for you. You deserve to work with a coach who understands you and your struggles.
Individual Coaching Sessions
$75 per session
Let’s journey together! One-hour Coaching Sessions work well if you are self-motivated and don’t need the accountability piece between sessions but would like some direction with a specific goal in mind.
Your customized, 3-Month Program includes one coaching session per week for 12 weeks.
Your customized Coaching Program includes one coaching session per week for 24 weeks.
Confident in and excited about your food choices: You know what, when and how to eat to nourish yourself, heal your body, and keep it at a weight that feels good for you.
Energized to do all the things you want to do: You are light in your body, well-rested each morning, pain-free, clear in your mind and purpose, and balanced in your moods.

Supported and heard: Perhaps for the first time someone is really listening to your health concerns and is looking at the big picture of your health. You are thrilled to have met someone who understands what you are going through and will be by your side to help navigate the challenges and steps ahead.
