Each Health Coaching Program is tailored just for you with what goals you want to accomplish for your lifestyle. We offer monthly programs as well as individual sessions depending on what works best for you and your goals. If you answer yes to the following:
Contact us for a discovery session to see if we can help you!Before your initial session, a new client form is completed by you, in which we review your current health and wellness goals. In your initial consultation, we assess your current lifestyle concerns, and goals to create a tailored plan just for you. You deserve to work with a coach who understands you and your struggles.
Coaching PackagesIndividual Coaching Sessions
Let’s journey together! One-hour Coaching Sessions work well if you are self-motivated and don’t need the accountability piece between sessions but would like some direction with a specific goal in mind. 3-Month Package Your customized, 3-Month Program includes one coaching session per week for 12 weeks. 6-Month Package Your customized Coaching Program includes one coaching session per week for 24 weeks. Cleaning out your kitchen is the first and most crucial step as you begin your journey toward vibrant health. Together we will create a kitchen structured for your new healthy lifestyle. Let me show you how to take charge of your kitchen so you can realize empowered eating and healing through food.
This virtual kitchen program consists of a 1 hour and 30-minute session where we "clean out" your kitchen and create a healthy pantry. You will also receive a variety of handouts including a list of all the healthy replacements, grocery shopping lists, food guides, and healthy kitchen tools and tips handouts. The session takes place in your kitchen for a "cleanout" from the foods and products that are keeping you from reaching your unique health or weight goals. Grocery Store Tours
