Jennifer Castro is the founder and owner of Alison James & Associates, a trusted independent insurance agency serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and beyond. With years of hands-on experience in both commercial and personal insurance, Jennifer has built a reputation for delivering honest guidance, thoughtful coverage, and exceptional service that puts clients first.

Jennifer is currently pursuing her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation—one of the most respected credentials in the insurance industry. This ongoing professional development reflects her dedication to continuous learning and her commitment to offering clients the most knowledgeable, up-to-date guidance possible.

Her values are deeply rooted in the legacy of her father, John Arthur, whose integrity, compassion, and dedication continue to inspire her both personally and professionally. To honor his memory, the John Arthur Group was created, a special division within Alison James & Associates dedicated to helping families and retirees protect their futures with confidence and dignity. This division is proudly led by her husband, Raymond Castro, whom her father deeply admired and trusted—making it a true continuation of her father’s vision and values.

  Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jennifer is a passionate gluten-free baker, an avid gardener, and a devoted dog mom to her beloved pup, Marc Anthony. She enjoys quiet moments with a good book and a strong cup of coffee, and she’s a proud wife and family woman. Her deep love for community, compassion for others, and unwavering belief in doing what’s right guide every decision she makes—both in business and in life.
