Before your initial session a new client form is completed by you, in which we review your current health and wellness goals. In your Initial Consultation, we assess your current lifestyle, concerns and goals to create a tailored plan just for you. You deserve to work with a coach who understands you and your struggles.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS
Let’s journey together! One hour Coaching Sessions work well if you are self-motivated and don’t need the accountability piece between sessions but would like some direction with a specific goal in mind. 3-MONTH PACKAGE Your customized, 3-Month Program includes one coaching session per week for 12 weeks. 6-MONTH PACKAGE Your customized, Break Your Habits Coaching Program includes one coaching session per week for 24 weeks. |

ONLINE KITCHEN COACHING

This virtual kitchen program consists of a 1 hour and 30 minute session where we "clean out" your kitchen and create a healthy pantry. You will also receive a variety of handouts including a list of all the healthy replacements, grocery shopping list, food guides, and healthy kitchen tools and tips handout.
Session take place in your kitchen for a "cleanout" from the foods and products that are keeping you from reaching your unique health or weight goals.

I will help you identify what foods you might consider eliminating(unique to each individual) and replaced with healthier alternatives that still taste delicious and will nourish your body. Cleaning out your kitchen is the first and most crucial step as you begin your journey towards vibrant health. Together we will create a kitchen structured for your new healthy lifestyle. Let me show you take charge of your kitchen so you can realize empowered eating and healing through food.

MEET COACH JENNY
My career started in the industry over 15 years ago as a preschool teacher creating and implementing movement and health education programs. Currently, I am the owner of Alison James & Associates and work as a Health & Lifestyle Coach providing programs for corporations and 1:1 coaching for women.
I received credentials as a certified diabetes paraprofessional, health coach, and food allergy specialist. During an internship at a world- renowned hospital in NYC, I worked with top-notch physicians and dietitians specializing in women's health. In addition to my credentials, I obtained a degree in psychology. I recently finished a three year opportunity working as an Online Teaching Assistant for the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University teaching students different well-being stress management strategies.
